The role is responsible for developing the Automation and Autonomous Network (AN) Strategy and Architecture. There is an opportunity to mobilize and orchestrate with officers across the different engineering units within Singtel and its Associates. This includes working with CTOs and CIOs across the various business units to adopt Automation practices and tools.

Automation enhances network intelligence and performance, enables new services, improves network quality, and reduces service disruptions, thereby achieving the goals of enhancing customer experience, optimizing network monetization and improving O&M efficiency.

The successful applicant will be AN Practice coach to systematically guide and support the Singtel and its Associates in their AN journey, which includes AN Level assessment, gap analysis, solution design, and implementation.
