What you’ll be doing

• Delivering a wide range of responsive repairs, void works and planned maintenance
• Diagnosing issues and completing high quality repairs right first time
• Acting as a senior point of contact on site, supporting operatives and apprentices
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying improvements to services
• Supporting supervisors with job updates, risks and resource needs
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and company standards
• Providing a great customer experience: clear communication and professional service at all times
• Using mobile systems to manage jobs, materials and updates in real time
