Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Maintenance Lead Develop and deliver a maintenance and reliability strategy to improve uptime, asset performance, and equipment effectiveness. Own and improve PPM systems, CMMS data, asset registers, work order control, downtime reporting, and maintenance KPIs.
