The Senior Logistics Systems Analyst is a key member of Lutron’s Shared Services organization based in Cartago, Costa Rica. This role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing mission-critical logistics systems, including SAP ERP, ShipERP, and Transportation Management Systems (Infios TM).

This individual serves as a vital link between IT and logistics operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
