Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, validation, and optimisation of testing workflows, equipment configurations, and operational processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and engineering standards to ensure process consistency and compliance.
• Manage the full equipment lifecycle, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacement planning.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and equipment-related issues, serving as the key escalation point for operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), new line setups, process transfers, and engineering change implementations.
