The Senior LIMS and Service Delivery manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for the development, administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) landscape across the organization. This role combines technical leadership, operational service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team management to ensure reliable, scalable, compliant, and efficient LIMS services globally.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong expertise in LIMS platforms, software development, system integration, and IT service management within regulated laboratory environments.
