Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position would be directly responsible for assisting the nursing and house staff with a variety of clinical and nursing services at 380 and 390 Hosley Ave. This position will be expected to be on site to assist with tasks including but is not limited to:
• Attending medical appointments and assisting with telehealth appointments as needed.
• Assisting with scheduling/coordination of appointments
• Assisting with nursing tasks, including injections etc.
• Creating spreadsheets/documents to assist RNs in tracking/trending medical data (ex: collecting medication
• and procedural error data).
• Uploading medical documents, including consults, diagnostic results, etc., to individual EHR records.
• Assisting with maintaining medical records (ex: filing and uploading medical documents) for individuals
• residing in the assigned IRAs.
