Senior Legal PA required to support location Head/Partner in a prominent Irish legal firm.

You will be a very strong Legal PA with experience in a top commercial firm.

You will be confident supporting Senior Leadership in a 1:1 capacity and your skillset will encompass both legal skills and more broad Corporate support duties.


Your day to day in this role will include:

  • Complex diary and meeting management, including travel itineraries.

  • Coordination of business development activity for both London and Dublin based clients – pitches, presentations, events and materials.

  • Maintenance of client database / CRM.

  • Preparation of documents and contracts.

  • Complex monthly / end of quarter / end of year billing.

  • Tracking of expenses.
