This is not a bolt‑on practice area - leasehold enfranchisement is at the very core of what they do. The team handles work nationwide for both freeholders and leaseholders and continues to grow year on year due to an outstanding reputation in the market. To date, they've helped around 10,000 clients extend their leases or acquire their freehold and currently manage circa 350 matters annually. This role has arisen due to continued growth and offers a rare opportunity for a true leasehold specialist to join a market‑leading team where the work is high quality, consistent, and genuinely specialist.
