Reporting to the Learning Strategist Manager, the appointee collaborates with faculties to design and develop cutting‑edge blended learning experiences, providing strategic guidance for implementing innovative digital teaching and learning practices across NIE. Additionally, the appointee will work closely with fellow learning strategists and other teams to research, develop, and present innovative and pedagogically sound design solutions. The candidate should be familiar with the training and adult education landscape, be adept at facilitation, and possess a commitment to staying up to date on higher education best practices.
