As a (Senior) Learning & Development Programme Manager, you will take full end-to-end ownership of strengthening performance across Westwing by building, scaling, and driving impactful learning initiatives. Rather than a traditional coordination role, you will act as the single driver of our L&D strategy, with a focus on leadership development and targeted talent programmes to ensure our teams have the skills and mindset to deliver strong results. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role with strategic exposure, where you will design and implement structured, high-quality learning solutions in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
