Senior Lead Generation Specialist (Part-time)

We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our Growth team on a part-time basis. This role is focused on building, scaling, and optimizing lead generation systems across multiple channels. You will work closely with growth and sales leadership to drive high-quality pipeline and improve conversion through well-defined sales workflows. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has built and owned lead generation engines in environments similar to Remotebase such as remote talent platforms, software development agencies, B2B SaaS companies, or tech-enabled services businesses.
