What You’ll Do

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Senior Launch Engineer (Die Design and Coating) within our PMO team. Report to the Head of Launch Integration, the Senior Launch Engineer provides launch and ramp‑up technical support for a number of manufacturing processes within our Electrode area. The role supports Global Manufacturing Engineering by defining robust, scalable processes that ensure die performance, coating accuracy, coating stability, and high‑yield production at takt. Acting as the technical escalation point during new line launches, this SME collaborates closely with equipment suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and assembly teams to stabilise operations from pilot through SOP ramp.
