Proven track record in leading month-end and year-end closing processes for both PITA and Non-PITA accounts. Expert in navigating Joint Operating Agreements (JOAs), streamlining JIB processes, and ensuring rigorous compliance with the Petroleum Income Tax Act. Adept at serving as a strategic liaison between JV partners and internal management to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency.
