We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Team Leader to join our skilled joinery team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in bespoke joinery, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to support, guide, and motivate others in a busy workshop environment.

You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality joinery items from detailed drawings and specifications, while helping to manage workflow, maintain production standards, support new team members, and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Role & Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from detailed manufacturing drawings / specifications to create bespoke joinery items.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using a variety of tools and state-of-the art machinery.
