Job Description

As a senior ITSM consultant, you will lead complex implementation, upgrade, integration, and customisation projects. You will convert customers’ business needs into technical solutions and be the go-to person for mentoring junior consultants.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Make a significant contribution to the successful management of customer relationships and for the identification of new opportunities within the existing customer base and thereby maximising revenue

Perform the project plan and SOW QA and suggest appropriate changes.
