The Coventry Building Society’s Procurement Function ensures goods and services are sourced effectively, delivering value for money while managing risk.

This role sits within the Technology Procurement team , leading commercial strategies across IT spend. It is responsible for driving competitive advantage through strong category expertise across Software, Hardware, Telco, Infrastructure and customer platforms, using market insights to unlock value and innovation.

We’re looking for an MCIPS-Qualified professional to lead category strategy development and complex, high-value procurements, including sourcing strategy, RFx processes, and contract negotiation across multiple suppliers.

Building strong stakeholder relationships across IT and the wider Group is central to this role, as is supporting team capability through coaching, and ensuring third‑party risk is managed in line with the Group’s framework.
