            Manage the lifecycle of CMI's Internet, IPT, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connect and AI Connectivity portfolio within the APAC region. 
Develop and enhance product capabilities, features and service offerings based on market requirements and customer demand. 
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and technology assessments to ensure product competitiveness and relevance. 
Work closely with HQ and internal stakeholders to define product roadmap, policies and operational processes. 
Support new product introduction, customization requests and strategic investment initiatives through business case analysis. 
Ensure product specifications, service descriptions and operational documentation are maintained and communicated effectively across APAC. 
Act as the regional subject matter expert for Internet, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, AI Connectivity and Data Centre solutions.
