Position Overview

Senior Investment Specialist – Private Sector Investment Funds and Special Initiatives Division (PSIS) within the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). This role is based at Asian Development Bank Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. Relocation expenses will be covered.

Reporting

Reports to the Director, PSIS and leads junior staff members.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, development, due diligence, approval and implementation of private sector transactions using third‑party funds (debt, equity, mezzanine).
• Conduct industry research and identify fund management teams aligned with ADB’s investment strategy.
• Perform due diligence, risk analysis and mitigation for loans, equity, mezzanine financing.
• Manage relationships with fund managers and position ADB for investment.
