  You must possess: 
 Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
 5+ years of experience working on commercial residential and hospitality project
 Excellent visual and graphic presentation skills
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Demonstrated track record working on and designing corporate projects
 Mentors and directs the work of less experienced staff
