We’re on the lookout for an RYA Senior Instructor at our not-for-profit watersports centre in Portsmouth.

Work with the Portsmouth team to deliver on the water and landbased sessions for our wide range of participants delivering RYA Courses according to your qualifications as well as various other activities and programmes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support with all aspects of the delivery programme
• Delivery of RYA Courses in the National and Youth dinghy, keelboat and powerboat schemes
• Delivery of a wide variety of charitable programmes to local communities and organisations
• Delivery of shorebased courses and activities
• Assist with the management of the team of instructors and work with the Chief Instructor to train and develop them
• Work to maintain and repair the fleet of dinghies, keelboats, powerboat and other operational resources where needed
