What You'll Be Doing Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations (patching, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident/problem/change management) Execute and validate system changes, upgrades, and moderate-risk activities Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring or complex issues Monitor systems and alerts, ensuring performance, availability, and stability Support and guide junior engineers within the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions Maintain documentation, reports, and operational records Participate in on-call rotation and standby support when required Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
