What are we looking for?
We're seeking an experienced Employment lawyer to join LOD and work on assignment with one of our high-profile in-house clients. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders and HR and will provide practical, commercial and risk informed advice across a broad range of advisory and contentious matters including:
performance management; misconduct and investigations; day-to-day ER/IR matters and risk mitigation; and the interpretation and application of enterprise agreement provisions and internal policy frameworks.
