Reporting to the Site Operations Manager and based at our Geelong Wire Mill, you will oversee and co-ordinate all technical, quality assurance and environmental matters associated with the manufacture of galvanized wire and wire products onsite.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead Safety & Risk Management: Drive a proactive safety culture toward Goal Zero, ensuring safe systems of work, risk control and team accountability.

  • Manage Environmental Compliance: Oversee ISO systems, regulatory reporting and continuous improvement in environmental performance.

  • Ensure Quality Excellence: Maintain ISO1 standards, lead audits and drive product quality and customer satisfaction outcomes.
