At Amaris Consulting, we’re building the next generation of consulting. To support our growth in France, we’re looking for a Senior HR Officer to own the people agenda for our French perimeter.

You’ll be the go-to HR partner for our leaders and teams, managing a HR team and reporting directly to the HR Director France.

Your Mission

You drive HR for your perimeter end-to-end:

• Lead HR operations for our French offices: contracts, onboarding, mobility, offboarding, HR data & reporting


• Coach and support managers on all people topics: performance, development, organization, sensitive cases


• Secure compliance with French labour law and manage employee relations (with HR Director & Legal)


• Animate performance & talent: reviews, development plans, identification of key talents
