SENIOR HR GENERALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Update job descriptions, KPIs and SOPs across divisions
- Coordinate meetings, track projects and ensure cross-department alignment.
- Oversee performance appraisals and employee development.
- Foster a structured, supportive and growth-oriented work culture.
- Maintain HR records, policies and provide HR reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience as HR Supervisor or leading HR projects.
- Degree in Law, HR Management or Psychology preferred.
- Skilled in performance appraisal, KPI and SOP management
- Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable and proactive
