The recruit-to-retire process; perform recruiting and selection process, Handle-improve job description, offering, and onboarding per guidelines including relations activities for campus with the institutes and promoting company's good image. And also maintain manpower and organization.
Provide, support, and perform C&B administrations and services for employees to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction e.g. the certified letter, loan, the employee data report/required, group health insurance, provident fund and etc.
Coordinate with HRD to develop training course.
Support for HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
