Your role in our team

As Head of Hub, you lead and further develop our engineering and shared services hub in Portugal. You oversee the established hub in Lisbon and support the continued expansion of operations in Porto, with a current focus on resources for parcel logistics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the hub budget and ensure alignment with business priorities and governance standards
• Support resource planning, organizational growth, and local cost management in line with business demand
• Ensure the hub operates in line with economic expectations and strategic priorities
• Coordinate and steer compliance‑related topics in collaboration with HR, Global Mobility, Tax, Legal, Payroll, and Finance
