Job Description
Being responsible for overall Human Resources Management; Compensation and Benefits, Salary Structure Management, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Labour Law, General Administration, etc.Conducting compensation benchmarking, position classification, job evaluation, and analysis and making appropriate recommendations relative to all matters about compensation, taking into consideration market competitiveness, alignment with company compensation philosophy, and internal equity.Evaluating, improving, and implementing the compensation, welfare, benefits, and allowance policies and systems.Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.Coaching subordinates in handling any employee issues/concerns.Having the initiative to develop the Human Resources Management Process.
