HRIS Analyst for multibillion dollar global leader with experience with Ultipro.

Contract to Hire.

Compensation is based on experience.   Position will begin onsite 5 days a week then will have option to go hybrid.    Responsibilities:

• · HRIS Systems Maintenance: Set up, maintain, make changes, test, troubleshoot, and improve processes. · Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data integrity, system security, and provide year-end support. · Auditing & Controls: Aid in auditing changes within systems, recommend, and establish new controls. · Reporting & Data Feeds: Manage reporting and data feeds with IT and external vendors. · HRIS Requirements Analysis: Work with HR internal customers to analyze HRIS requirements, develop procedures, and prepare customized reports. · Custom Reports & Queries: Design custom ad hoc reports, resolve queries, ensure acc...
