NQF Level 7 Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources

Minimum 7 years related experience in a similar position

Mining Environment experience - essential

Strong Employee relations exposure

Ability to relate to all levels of Management

Responsible for full HR Generalist function

Provide advisory service to Line Managers pertaining to HR Policies and Procedures

Ensure high quality of HR support, reporting and service delivery

Preparation / Implementation and reporting of Operations Labour Plan

Initiation of the recruitment / promotion cycle in respect of job posting, offers, contracts, reference checks. payroll engagement and personal files
