Job Description

  • Providing recommendations or practice that is aligned with the company's policy and labor law.
  • Communicating and implementing work rules & regulations.
  • Organizing activities both internal and external to engage all employees and build a good working environment.
  • Conducting case investigations and providing consulting to line manager for disciplinary.
  • Supporting HR tasks in terms of labor relations and welfare for employees.
