We are looking for an experienced Senior Graduate Recruiter with an existing portfolio of corporate clients to join our growing team in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
2–5 years’ recruitment agency experience
Proven experience managing corporate clients
Strong 360 recruitment capability
Existing client portfolio/business development ability advantageous
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor one team member
Must be office-based in Johannesburg
The Role:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead, train, and support a junior team member
Drive growth within the graduate recruitment space
