Ubiquity’s Senior Global Project Manager of Solutions Design, CX is responsible for providing comprehensive expertise in opportunity identification and assessment leading to the creation and submission of proposals to prospective clients looking to outsource their Customer Experience Service Delivery operations.
This role actively participates in all phases of the sales lifecycle providing guidance and subject matter expertise in industry insights and leveraging solutions with a strong focus on Ubiquity marketplace differentiators with a strong focus on RFPs and RFIs It is also responsible for maintaining critical relationships across internal stakeholders in Ubiquity’s Technology department to enable collaboration.
As a stakeholder in the delivery of solutions, this role collaborates with the Implementations and Operations teams on the planning and execution of program implementations.
