Hybrid schedule is 4 days in office and 1 remote.



Responsibilities:

Draft and maintain organizational documents, LLC/partnership agreements, side letters, transfer/admission agreements, and related amendments.

Conduct investor suitability reviews and assist with due diligence for fund formations.

Research federal and state securities laws relevant to emerging companies and venture fund structures.

Prepare and file required regulatory notices and assist with opinion letters and supporting documentation.

Manage SEC compliance reporting for venture fund clients with public company holdings.
