Senior Front of
House – The Great Decoy, Hurstbourne Tarrant

The Great Decoy is
our newest opening and first pub in Hampshire. It sits in the Test Valley and
is the kind of village that deserves a good pub.

The name comes
from WWII. Local people came together to build a network of decoy installations
— fake runways, dummy lights — to mislead enemy aircraft. Ordinary people doing
something extraordinary, collectively. We thought that was worth remembering.

We’re looking for
experienced people to join our Front of House team.

If you love great food, proper drinks, and looking after people like they’re
guests in your own home then you’ll fit right in. We’re all about doing things
properly, paying attention to the little details, and delivering genuinely
great hospitality every single time.
