Continuously monitor and analyze forecasting performance and pro-actively initiate corrective actions if needed in close collaboration with key stakeholders – especially Demand & Inventory Managers and the Product Team.
Actively run the end-to-end forecasting process and translate business needs into concrete requirements for technical development.
Develop, maintain and present regular and ad-hoc reports on forecasting performance KPI and pro-actively uncover root causes for critical deviations.
Pro-actively contribute clear, actionable and relevant forecasting insights to our Sales and Operations Planning and Execution process to drive data-driven, timely and risk-aware decision-making.
Lead initiatives directed at standardization and simplification of the forecasting process, tools and data flows across departments.
