            JOB SCOPE  Job Responsibilities  Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements. 
Receive deliveries and ensure that they meet the required standards. 
Ensure that all requisitions and deliveries are made timely. 
Ensure that supplies in the workshop are fresh and well-presented. 
Assist the Supervisor and Manager in preparing floral arrangements and hampers. 
Assist the Supervisor and Manager in the planning of orders, in a cost-efficient way without compromising on quality. 
Support and follow through with implementation of new flower arrangements. 
Assist with daily ordering of supplies and financial report. 
Assign duties to Guest Service Agents and Designers when required. 
Provide training when required. 
Any other job-related duties as assigned. 
 JOB REQUIREMENTS  Education & Certification  Minimum secondary school education.
