  • Oversee financial management and reporting across a large property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Partner closely with the Asset Manager to support feasibility assessments, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for major developments and portfolio assets
  • Develop detailed financial models including rental projections, cost structures, and return assumptions
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis across key drivers such as vacancy, escalation, and funding assumptions
  • Oversee covenant calculations and reporting for lender submissions
  • Lead and manage the full debtor function, including billing, collections, and credit control
  • Engage with tenants and internal teams to resolve escalations and optimise collections
