**Position Summary:**

This position is responsible for owning the end-to-end commissions process and serves as the primary partner connecting Sales, Finance, and Accounting. This role will oversee the review of monthly commissions calculations to ensure accurate payouts and provide insights that strengthen plan design and performance.
