            Job Description Lead the group finance function, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities. 
Review group consolidation, management reporting, and financial performance analysis to support key business decisions. 
Ensure full compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements. 
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning exercises across business units. 
Drive financial analysis, budget variance reviews, profitability analysis, and actionable recommendations to senior management. 
Support management and board‑level reporting with meaningful financial insights and strategic commentary. 
Strengthen financial governance by reviewing, implementing, and enhancing internal controls, policies, and finance processes.
