 Job Description  Oversee finance and accounting operations, including monthly/annual closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis. 
Prepare management reports, P&L analysis, and budget‑versus‑actual reviews to support business performance and decision‑making. 
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, corporate governance, and statutory requirements. 
Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretaries, government agencies, and Japan HQ on audits, reporting, and compliance matters. 
Standardize and improve accounting workflows, invoicing procedures, and internal control processes. 
Support financial and operational management of the central kitchen and food manufacturing business.
