            KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead and manage the Finance function across multi-entity operations (UAE KSA Qatar India USA). 
Oversee accounting reporting budgeting and financial planning to ensure accuracy compliance and efficiency. 
Drive audits taxation treasury FX and risk management activities with zero delays or penalties. 
Manage cash flow collections payables and credit control to maintain strong working capital. 
Implement ERP and finance automation processes to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making. 
Partner with leadership on strategic planning cost optimization and business growth initiatives. 
Ensure compliance with IFRS VAT ESR UBO ZATCA and other statutory obligations. 
Lead mentor and develop finance teams while promoting collaboration and accountability.
