Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements for multiple brands. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes while conducting deep-dive variance analysis to explain performance trends.
• Spearhead the annual budget process and update financial forecasts in collaboration with operations to reflect changing market conditions.
• Maximize liquidity and optimize returns on surplus funds. Monitor AR/AP and inventory levels to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital.
• Ensure strict adherence to Philippine tax laws and financial regulations. Lead internal and external audits and maintain robust controls to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze COGS, labor, and overhead structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop KPIs that drive restaurant-level profitability.
