At Tenthpin, we are seeking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our internal team in Portugal, as we are strengthening our Finance organization. This is a key leadership position for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience, including leading a finance department or acting as an R2R Lead in a shared services environment.

The opportunity

In this role, you will act as a first‑line support to the Global Head of Finance, playing a pivotal role in driving the function forward. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage core finance operations, and provide guidance and soft leadership across the team, while supporting the continued growth and transformation of the Finance organization.
