As Senior Finance Executive, on a fixed-term contract through December 2026, you will support the Finance team in ensuring that Accounts Payable and expense-related processes are accurate, efficient and well organised. In addition to overseeing invoice and expense processing, you will act as a key point of contact, providing guidance and support on day-to-day finance, expense and accounting-related matters across the business.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Expense management
Processing employee expense claims, supplier invoices, payments and corporate credit card transactions. Reviewing and auditing staff travel and other expense claims in line with company policies. Monitoring and reconciling petty cash and cash expenses. Accounts payable & receivables support
Processing reminders and statements of account. Supporting follow-up on outstanding items and resolving discrepancies.
