Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department.
• Ensure smooth functioning of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Manage and prepare a full set of accounts for Mazars Malaysia and Mazars clients.
• Manage key transaction work streams including liaison with Mazars Asia Pacific and former Moores Rowland work.
• Prepare annual financial budget, cash‑flow forecast, cost analysis and monthly financial reports to management.
• Monitor and prepare reconciliations for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Assist in coordinating and preparing financial budget or projection and performance targets.
