The senior filter technician position is responsible for providing training and mentorship to the Filter Technician team and work with production supervisors on schedules and priorities to ensure that the company meets customer’s expectations. This is a working position and is expected to continue to perform filter technician activities as well as providing training and mentorship.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs filter tuning, troubleshooting, and testing per applicable travelers and procedures.
• Trains / mentors new technicians on testing processes and procedures.
• Enters in Maverick lots as required.
• Identifies and communicates process improvements to supervisor
• Works to continually improve filter performance, tuning and testing speeds
• Works with engineering on improvements to filters
• Performs all other assigned duties.
