Senior Field Service Engineer (Lead Customer Service Engineer)
The senior field service engineer is responsible for ensuring customer equipment consistently meets specified performance requirements while optimizing total cost of ownership through preventive, predictive, corrective, and upgrade maintenance activities. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Perform corrective, preventive, installation, qualification, and upgrade interventions in line with service level expectations and quality standards.
- Conduct remote diagnostics, coordinate post‑diagnostic actions, and ensure accurate recording and closure of work orders within defined timelines.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, software and hardware updates, and equipment installations on the assigned installed base.
