Overview We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our clients HR team. This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, strong sourcing capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business units
- Create and optimise job descriptions to attract top talent
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Prepare interview schedules and facilitate interview panels
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
